About me

My background is in support work, and I bring this experience into my shiatsu. I work with clients encountering difficulties such as stress, depression, and chronic health conditions including HIV and ME. I also have experience working with women throughout pregnancy and postnatally, and having recently become a mother this is an area I feel strongly connected to. I see my role as a facilitator, supporting people to find the tools and capacity within themselves to make positive life changes.

I have been practicing for over ten years and continue to work as a teaching assistant with the Bristol School of Shiatsu (where I started my training in 2003). Shiatsu is integral to my life, part of a broader spiritual practice that includes meditation, art, yoga and a strong interest in personal development.
